RACT Insurance has gone live on SSP’s PURE insurance system and E5 workflow systems. Ravenswood managed and resourced the project from start to finish.
RACTI Insurance required that their historical policy system be replaced due to ageing technology. Ravenswood was engaged to manage the systems selection and implement a new insurance system in 2013. This was a major conversion project that involved new product development, a significant rewrite of the source software and an automated system conversion.
The project included working with the software vendor to enhance core functionality. Ravenswood project managed the implementation and conversion from the RACTI legacy system from start to end. Services included program management, business analysis, data migration from the legacy systems, full integration services, conversion and systems quality assurance and reporting systems.
The system was put live in June 2015.
